We are pleased to offer an enhanced mental wellness benefit that will provide you with easier access to mental wellness support and resources through our new partner, Ginger. Additionally, we are replacing our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) vendor with Concern EAP. No need to enroll in Ginger or Concern EAP. These programs are automatically included in your benefits coverage, at no cost to you.
HealthEquity will be our new provider for the pre-tax plans, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) (only available with the Kaiser HMO plan) and Commuter Benefit Program (CBP).
If you have a qualifying life event after Open Enrollment, visit the Life Events page to understand what you need to do to keep your benefits current. Remember, you only have 30 days from the qualifying life event date to make these changes! Otherwise, your next opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections will be Open Enrollment for 2022.
