Sometimes immediate care needs arise. For those that are non-life-threatening, head to an urgent care facility. Like primary care, using an in-network urgent care clinic will save you and the plan money. Visit your medical plan provider’s website or app to find a local facility.
For patient advocacy support, contact Elite Alliance by calling the number on the back of your UHC medical plan ID card. Advocates are available to guide you to the next-best action for a variety of health care needs, including nurse advocates and behavioral health specialists.
There are times when you have a question or would like some guidance. Nurses are available to answer your health questions and help you get the most out of your medical plan—confidentially and at no cost to you.

Crossover offers virtual and near-site concierge healthcare. This is available only to employees and family members age 18 and older who are enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare CDHP – HSA.
