Crossover Be Well

Not to be confused with the BeWell platform, the Crossover Be Well site is a place to discover fitness, wellness, and self-care every day.

All employees have access to Be Well benefits through Crossover.

Crossover Be Well offerings include the following:

  • Fitness: Fitness Assessments that help create a fully-customized fitness plan just for you. For those who want even more, you can explore Crossover’s affordable personal training.
  • Live classes: Crossover providers infuse healthy guidance into every aspect of your life through a variety of free, live classes for all fitness levels. Examples include resistance training, interval training, mobility, pain reduction, yoga, bootcamp, ergonomics, and Qigong.
  • On-demand classes: If you can’t find a live class that fits your schedule, some of the most popular classes are available via video to access any time.
  • Self-care: Maybe you have a specific health topic you want to learn about—for example, acne, hip health, loneliness, or hair loss. The on-demand library has lots to read, watch, and listen to, so that you can take your self-care to the next level.
  • Podcasts: Be Well podcasts are casual conversations with Crossover providers that offer real information on the health issues that members ask about. Listen while you commute, make dinner, or take a break.

One Pass Select

One Pass Select gives you unlimited access to thousands of gyms, fitness studios, online workouts, and grocery delivery, all with one monthly membership

Kaiser: ClassPass

If you’re enrolled in the Kaiser Permanente HMO plan, take advantage of ClassPass for access to:

UHC: Kaia Health

Kaia Health is available to all UHC members (except Hawaii). It’s an app for on-demand, personalized support to help relieve pain and live healthier. Whether it’s neck discomfort, aching shoulders, or more severe back issues, it can be hard to enjoy life when pain shows up. That’s where Kaia Health steps in. Through the app, you can learn how pain relief is possible.

Connecting with Kaia Health gives you free access to:

  • Workouts that are tailored to you, some that are as short as 15 minutes.
  • Bite-sized lessons to help you recognize where pain is coming from.
  • 1-on-1 health coaching with certified professionals.
  • Strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques for pain management.

UHC: Cancer Support Program

The Cancer Support Program is available to all UHC CDHP – HSA and POS plan members. These medical plans include individualized support and guidance if you or a loved one is facing a cancer diagnosis. Here are some benefits that are included:

  • Connect with a nurse who is specially trained in oncology for support throughout your treatment journey.
  • Get connected to a network provider from a high-quality Centers of Excellence (COE) facility.
  • Get help exploring your options, finding answers to questions, and managing symptoms and side effects.
  • Receive support working with your doctors, so you feel informed to make decisions for your health.
  • Access digital tools to get real-time guidance and identify care needs immediately.

If you or a family member receives a cancer diagnosis, your UHC plan will automatically contact you to coordinate benefits through the Cancer Support Program. To learn more, you can contact an oncology nurse at 866-936-6002 or go online.

Seasonal Vaccinations

Many preventive vaccinations are 100% covered by your Nutanix medical plan for children and adults. Seasonal vaccinations, such as flu shots and the COVID-19 vaccine are 100% covered and can be received at most pharmacies and doctors’ offices.
