Get assistance from mental health professionals to handle everyday challenges, build resilience, and reduce stress. Whether you need immediate help, ongoing help, or ideas for staying well, Concern is there for you.

Some of the areas in which Concern can support you:

Go online for support!

You can connect with a counselor in person or via phone, video, chat, or text. All sessions are confidential and online visits are secure to allow you the flexibility to get help anywhere, anytime!

Visit the Concern website (access code: nutanix) or call 800-344-4222.

EAP: Coaching

Available through Concern, this benefit provides four 30-minute personal coaching sessions per year. Employees and eligible dependents can work with a certified coach to build a skill, learn a new habit, or achieve a goal such as:

  • Stress reduction.
  • Overcoming negative thoughts.
  • Improved sleep.
  • Weight management.
  • Time management.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • And more.
Parent Coaching

Aside from the four personal coaching sessions, you also can utilize three sessions specific to parent coaching. This includes an initial 60-minute call and two 30-minute follow-up calls. Parent coaching can work in conjunction with EAP counseling services and both parents can utilize the service at the same time.

As a parent, it’s sometimes hard to know where to start when a child needs emotional wellbeing support.

Parent coaching examples include challenges related to a child growing into adolescence, excessive screen time or gaming, social anxiety, cyber bullying, and more. Through parent coaching, you can learn about tools that help you be a proactive parent, instead of reactive.

Visit the Concern website (access code: nutanix) or call 800-344-4222.
