- You'll receive a physical ID card within 30 days of enrollment (or in January if you enrolled during Open Enrollment).
- You can also access a virtual ID card anytime through your medical plan's mobile app.
- If you’re enrolled in a Kaiser Permanente plan, you’ll receive an additional travel card with details on how to get urgent care outside the Kaiser network.

| Prescriptions |
- If you're enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare plan (except Hawaii), you'll receive a separate Express Scripts ID card for prescriptions.
- If you're enrolled in Kaiser Permanente HMO or UnitedHealthcare in Hawaii, your medical ID card also covers prescriptions.

| Dental |
- You'll receive a Delta Dental ID card when you first enroll or if you update your name or address.
- One card covers all enrolled family members.

| Vision |
You won't receive an ID card for your vision coverage. Just provide your doctor your name and the last four digits of your Social Security number and they'll be able to verify your coverage. You can also view your benefits benefit information on the VSP website anytime. |
| Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Account (HSA) |
- Once your account is set up with HealthEquity, you'll receive a HealthEquity Stacked Debit Card in a welcome packet within 30 days of enrollment.
- Register your account at my.healthequity.com.
- Note: If you have both an HSA and a Limited Purpose FSA, your card will automatically pull from the Limited Purpose FSA first, then from your HSA.

| Legal Insurance and Identity Theft Protection |
If you enroll in ARAG Legal Insurance and Identity Theft Protection, you’ll receive a welcome packet and ID cards the month after you enroll. You can start using services on the first of the month following your enrollment by logging into your ARAG account. |
